Booking Calendar displays what and when is available, accepts booking, deposit, updates database.

What Happens

• Client clicks link to display of vacancies

• Client choses preferred month

• Booking calendar displays vacancies for three months

• Client selects dates from dropdown lists

• Dates checked for consistency

• Client details requested

• Requested dates provisionally frozen

• Deposit or payment requested and received

• Data base updated and e mails sent

• Cash less booking fee sent to you
